André Cluytens vinyl discography

8 LP Box red wax, Toshiba stampers. These recordings were made between 1957 and 1960 at the Grunewaldkirche, recording engineer Horst Lindner. They are therefore the first complete stereo recording of Beethoven's symphonies (Karajan's integrale, again with the Berlin Philharmonic, was recorded between 1961 and 1962 at the Jesus-Christus-Kirche in Berlin). This box set was produced only to order in 1962. A budget edition box set was released in Europe only in 1979.
